  (YouTube link should be unlisted and public – Do not check “private.”)
• Late application will not be accepted.

• A prepared piece or study that best demonstrates your current ability level recorded within the last 6 months.
• One major scale and one minor scale of your choice.
• All two requirements in one link
• Accompaniment is not mandatory
